We stand behind the quality of our plugins and want to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers. If you encounter an issue that renders the plugin unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.

Refunds for renewal payments
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments as you have ample time to cancel your subscription. We will send you a minimum of 2 reminder emails prior to your renewal date, and you can cancel your subscription at any time through the My Account section.
Conditions for Refunds
A refund request must meet all of the following conditions:
- You have not previously initiated a chargeback dispute.
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.
- The issue is related to the inability to install or use the plugin’s basic functionalities.
- You have contacted our support team and allowed us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
- The issue is not caused by third-party plugins or themes.
- You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site before receiving a refund.
