Once you have inserted the block, you will be prompted to choose the type of carousel you want to create. Currently, there are three available options:
- Standard Carousel: Add text, images, and any other blocks.
- Image Gallery: Create a stunning image slider with lightbox support.
- Post Carousel: Display your latest blog posts interactively.
Each type has its unique use case and customization options:
Standard Carousel
- Best for testimonials, product highlights, and presentations.
- Full support for Gutenberg blocks inside each slide.
- Flexibility to design unique slide layouts.
Image Gallery Carousel
- Ideal for portfolios, photography websites, or showcasing product images.
- Includes a lightbox feature for viewing full-sized images.
- Allows captions and interactive links for enhanced engagement.
Post Carousel
- Perfect for blogs, news sites, and content-driven platforms.
- The post carousel leverages the WordPress Query Block, ensuring seamless integration with your existing content. However, note that the default pagination feature of the Query Block is not supported and should be removed to avoid display issues.
